HYDERABAD: More than 1.13 lakh illiterate prisoners have created literates underneath the Telangana Prisons Department's 'Vidhya Dan' programme over the past four years, a prime official same on Wed.

The 'Vidhya Dan' programme educated persons are used as Vidya volunteers, to create them additional killed to show illiterate prisoners, man Singh same.
The prisons department in coordination with the State Resource Centre (SRC) conducted the coaching of Trainers (ToT) programmes. SRC members have visited all central prisons, district jails and special prison for ladies of Telangana and provided ToT to educated inmates, man Singh same.
